Judith I. Caine, CFS is a financial advisor and branch manager with Cetera Advisor Networks, LLC. She started her financial planning practice in early 1996.
Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from John Carroll University. As part of her financial planning services, Judy has provided workshops through Solon/Twinsburg Community Education, Mayfield Community Education, Ursuline College and Clemson University, in addition to regular workshops for her clients. Judy earned her CFS (Certified Fund Specialist) designation in March 1998.
Judy is the past-president of the Rotary Club of Solon, Ohio. She is an active member of the Solon Chamber of Commerce where she won the Solon Chamber “Bright Star” Award3 in 2017 and the Twinsburg Chamber “Bright Star” Award4 in 2016. This award is presented by the Northeast Area Chambers of Commerce (NOACC).
Judy was an active volunteer in the Boy Scouts of America for many years, including serving on the Cleveland Board of Directors for over ten years. Judy has had the privilege of teaching week-long courses six times at the Philmont Training Center, the national training facility for the Boy Scouts of America. Most of the courses were focused on Scout Membership and Retention.
She won the Silver Beaver Award5 in 2003, the highest award a Scout Council can give to a volunteer. Most importantly, she is a proud Eagle Scout mom x 2!
Judy is a two-time breast cancer survivor! She has either walked, crewed, or been a crew captain for 22 Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3 Day events across the country.

Judy resides in Solon, Ohio with her husband, Kevin, Organization Change Management Consultant at Progressive Insurance, and they have 2 lively Labrador Retrievers. They have two adult sons: Matt, a graduate of Kent State University who is a Guest Relations Supervisor at the Marriott Key Center in Cleveland. Her other son Danny is a published author with two Masters' degrees and is a media coordinator at The Institute for Local Self Reliance. Daughter-in-law Dr. Kara Caine, is a Music Therapy professor at THE Ohio State University. Judy's family grew in 2018 with their grandson, Jack H. Caine on 05.29.2018!
3Solon Chamber of Commerce Bright Star 2017 is based on about 40 Chambers of commerce across northern Ohio nominating a person from their chamber to recognize that member for "making a significant impact" on the chamber through membership, retention, sponsorship, economic development, operation and/or education. Each Bright Star is an active member for no less than 2 years.
4Twinsburg Chamber Bright Star Award is awarded to members to recognize their volunteer efforts.
5The Silver Beaver Award presented by Boy Scouts of America recognizes scouters of exceptional character who have provided distinguished service within a council.
